400 meter run
100 Box Jumps
400 meter run
100 Wall Ball Shots
400 meter run
100 KettleBell Swings
400 meter run
100 Burpees

*Teams of 3 add 50 more reps to the exercises. All team members have to be back from the run before starting on the exercise.
